L'OREAL SHARING DAY

WHAT THEY NEEDED

On an immersive 3D/360° platform available in English and French, Havas Events Paris, in collaboration with Médiactive, produced a non-stop live production for 48 hours to involve thousands of L’Oréal R&I employees spread over 6 time zones from Asia to the Americas. First digital event bringing together all L’Oréal R&I and several members of the Group (including EXCOM) following on from Season 1 which took place in June 2021.

THE FORMAT

Filming 10 plenary meetings, scripted then subtitled.
An event staged in a way that centred R&I and all those who are part of it: hundreds of live speeches and pre-recorded videos broadcast around the world in the following formats: Mandatory Plenaries, Masterclass, Open Bubble, Trendspotlight, Fast&Curious, Networking, Entertainment.

Broadcast to some sixty countries with more than 5,000 potential participants, spread over 6 zones: Asia, India, South Africa, France, Brazil, America.

Formats with interactivity and the possibility to ask questions to the speakers live, via chat as well as videoconferencing. Plenary sessions made available for replay by zone, once broadcast.

RESULT

Hundreds of hours of live streaming on several stages at the same time
170 interactive sessions (with integrated videoconference)
154 remote speakers, hundreds of hours of VOD content available.
