After revealing the broad outlines of his Vision 2030 strategic plan last September, Nicolas Namias, Chairman of Groupe BPCE, wanted to bring together his 2,000 global management staff for a deep-dive in motion.

AN EVENT DESIGNED AS A DIVE INTO A CAPTIVE JOURNEY, in three stages, exploring the pillars of the strategic plan: Growth, Trust and Cooperative Nature

A JOURNEY AROUND THE IRIS, a graphic allegory for looking to the future.

A SCENOGRAPHIC JOURNEY supported by a large-scale technical device at the service of rhythm and permanent movement:
– 3 motorized transparent LED screen cubes with a surface area of 300 m2 and 3 LED floors (120 m²) supported the interventions.
– a volumetric lighting design assembles and enhances the overall effect

AN ARTISTIC JOURNEY
• opening: orchestrated by an electro-symphonic ensemble performing the musical theme of Vision 2030, composed by Thomas Roussel, arousing emotion and pride in the 2,000 employees present.
• collaborative, led by Sly Johnson to put the 2,000 voices of our employees at the heart of the Vision 2030 musical theme, live on stage.

AND AN EXCEPTIONAL GUEST: Tony Estanguet, who spoke on the major challenge of the strategic plan: “The power of dreams, the power of execution”.
