A phygital event to connect the 600 managers of the Group and create interactivity.
To alleviate the frustration of not being able to meet in person, the agency suggested an ambitious digital event based on integrating the speakers into a virtual universe. The speeches were interspersed with moments of togetherness during live performances by the beatboxer MB14.
The stage was designed to resemble a TV set.
Three areas: a desk for round-table discussions and conversations, sofas for “fireside chat”-type formats and a green screen for travelling and meeting in a virtual studio, a technology never before used for a live event.
A technical solution for talking directly with people in 5 cities over a point
to point connection, 10 by videoconference, and more than 15 remote speakers.
A live production worthy of a TV show in order to alternate between speeches, slides, virtual studio, hubs…
A web app for participants to connect with each other, ask questions and take part in surveys.
The event was streamed and watched by Capgemini managers worldwide: Australia, India, the Americas, Europe…
