A REAL LIVE DEBATE TALKSHOW
On 5 October 2020, Veolia acquired 29.9% of Suez’ capital from the Engie group and confirmed its intention to acquire control of it. On 7 February 2021, Veolia announced its takeover bid for Suez’s entire share capital in order to complete the merger between the two groups and turn them into the world champion of ecological transformation.
In a media environment focused exclusively on the impact of the takeover bid on employment in France, Veolia wished to affirm and share its industrial project – to create the world champion of ecological transformation and face up to the pollution giants – with all its stakeholders (industrial clients, institutional clients, elected officials, shareholders, citizens, current and future employees).
